We all have a story.

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by stories.  Through these stories I have learned that at their core, we all experience similar joys, trials, milestones and heartbreaks.  We were never meant to go through these experiences alone and having someone along for the ride makes all the difference.

As a marriage and family therapist, I invest wholeheartedly in my clients to foster a safe, nurturing relationship where clients feel seen, understood and valued.  Rooted in a holistic and humanistic approach, my goal is for each client to leave my office with the confidence that they are worthy, loved and capable of achieving the healing and peace they are desperately seeking.

My pre and post licensure experience has been spent serving in academia, working with undergraduate and graduate students both at the therapeutic and administrative level.  Prior to working full time in private practice, I worked intensively in the San Francisco foster care system providing trauma-informed community based therapy, case management and court mandated therapeutic visitations with foster youth and their families.

I am passionate about the therapeutic process and believe with each session you will get closer to achieving what you set out to discover.  I consider it a true honor and privilege to bear witness to your story and am eager to take that next step with you.
