About Grief

Part of being human is unfortunately facing moments of significant loss and grief. Nobody can escape the sting of grief, whether it stems from the ending of a friendship, the death of the person you cannot imagine living without, or saying goodbye to your precious family pet. Even exciting stages of life can present grief as we close our last chapter and transition into a new season. About Trauma

Trauma significantly changes both our brains and bodies. If you have experienced trauma, whether that be a car accident or emotional abuse as a child, the lens through which you experience life may be fogged, clouded by perceptions and beliefs that no longer serve you. About Infertility
