Walking alongside as you discover, challenge, uproot, or embrace your path is an honor and privilege. My calling lies in helping people shape their most important endeavor, which is creating a beautiful and meaningful life. I provide an empathic, kind, and patient space large enough to hold all of the big feelings, experiences, and difficult situations inherent in the human experience.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to the well-being of my clients and find great fulfillment in assisting them create and fully live their best lives. I work with diverse populations, from business professionals to young adults navigating life. I also provide therapeutic services to fellow therapists so they can mindfully continue their important work of supporting others. I have a particular affinity toward those grappling with grief, terminal illness, and end-of-life transitions. This passion has led me to the decision to pursue my PhD in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Grief.

Additionally, I deeply enjoy providing individual and group supervision to enhance the clinical skills of new marriage and family therapists. As a way to give back to the profession and keep abreast of new developments in the field, I teach doctoral level courses in counseling and psychological studies.

Integrating a variety of approaches is essential to my philosophy of care. Drawing on various theories and approaches allows for creativity, flow, and flexibility in our therapeutic work. I am dedicated to continuous learning and I am always educating myself on new ways to serve clients. Some approaches you can expect working with me include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic work, attachment, and narrative therapy.

Many people ask why I am drawn to this profession. For me, it is personal. I know what it feels like to have intense grief, face unbearable pain, and have to work through negative childhood experiences and trauma. My own pain and healing experience has created a deep empathy and care for others. I am grateful for the opportunity to combine my expertise, natural compassion and presence to support clients.

When not serving clients or learning new ways to help clients, I enjoy spending time with my three beautiful children, husband, and French bulldog. I love spending time at the beach, building connections with friends, and wearing a good pair of jeans and high heels.
I look forward to connecting with you as we embark on your healing journey-together.
